On September 24, 2014 we organized the first workshop on “Migrants meet providers” in Turin. Poste Italiane was the first company to present themselves and their financial products and remittance services to migrants sending money home. The series of workshops will give migrants an opportunity to meet different types of service providers and discuss with them their needs. The workshops are an important milestone for Greenback 2.0 in Turin, as they will allow migrants and service providers to establish an open and bilateral dialogue, aiming at the promotion of a customer-oriented and transparent market. Il 24 settembre 2014 abbiamo organizzato a Torino il primo incontro del ciclo “Rimesse: i migranti incontrano gli operatori”. Poste Italiane è stato il primo operatore a presentare i propri prodotti e servizi per l’invio di denaro. Altri incontri saranno organizzati con le banche e gli operatori di trasferimento di denaro. La serie di incontri costituisce un importante traguardo per Greenback 2.0, perchè consentirà a migranti e operatori del mercato di stabilire un dialogo aperto e bilaterale, mirato a promuovere un mercato più trasparente e orientato sulle esgienze dei consumatori.
