Note:	Costs listed for a promotion/marketing campaign/discount rate · They decided to remove fees due to the current situation. The home page is full of bug, the fees are not visible because of an error (incorrect captcha). The screenshots come from the dashboard on my account. On the home page they state they removed fees. Money can be collected at any open branch of their local partners. Time transfers are not specified, they only say that cash pickups could be more complicated. Some banks (OschadBank, PrivatBank, UkrGasBank and A-Bank) offer the possibility to convert cash pick up transactions into bank accounts, if the receiver has a bank account with them or wants to open one. I tried to contact the assistance by phone, mail and via chat but I got no response. I called some agents in Milan to ask for more information, and they said that transfer time is probably 30 minutes - 1 hour, because the transfer times are all similar.
